Find a group date in 30 seconds. Free, no signup.

Scheduling polls should be simple. You pick a few dates, share a link, everyone votes, done. No accounts, no clutter, no learning curve.

That's what Whensy does.

How it works

You create an event with a few date options and share a single link drop it in WhatsApp, iMessage, email, wherever your group lives. Everyone taps the link and votes yes, maybe, or no on each date. No one needs to create an account or download anything.

A calendar heatmap shows which dates are winning at a glance. A voting grid shows exactly who picked what. The organiser confirms the best date, and everyone can add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook with one tap.

What makes it different

Most scheduling tools were built for desktops and adapted for phones later. Whensy was built for phones first because that's where people open links from group chats. Vote buttons are large, nothing scrolls sideways, and the whole thing takes about 20 seconds.

There are no ads on any page. Voters never see a signup wall or a cookie banner before they can respond. The core experience creating events, voting, and confirming is completely free.

And unlike most polling tools, Whensy doesn't stop at finding the date. When you confirm, the event goes straight to everyone's calendar. That last step from “we decided” to “it's on my calendar” is the part other tools leave out.
